The 13th International Conference on Business, Management and Governance (ICBMG 2025) took place from 24 to 26 November this year, combined with the workshops of the 5th International Conference on Accounting, Auditing and Finance (https://www.icbmg.org/). These events were organised by the University of Western Australia in Perth. The conference and workshop meetings provided an ideal platform for presentations, discussions, critical feedback and the exchange of innovative ideas, as well as insights into current challenges in the fields of business, management and responsible governance.

The Coffee and Tea Market Research Institute was represented at the event by the following members of the management board: Prof. Grzegorz Maciejewski, post PhD and Prof. Łukasz Wróblewski, post PhD. Participation in the conference provided both professors with an excellent opportunity to present the results of their latest research on ‘phygital consumers’, i.e. consumers functioning at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds, in the form of speeches. These presentations will be published as peer-reviewed scientific articles in the Journal of Economics, Business and Management (JOEBM), published by the University of Western Australia.

Participation in the conference also provided an opportunity to promote the scientific Coffee and Tea Marketing Journal, the fourth issue of which is scheduled for publication in December.
